I appreciate the support workers of their customers. The Talk With Us on their website is where I’ve had my questions answered easily. It’s a nice experience talking to a real human and getting input from them instead of talking to the chat machine other sites use.
Excellent – I don’t do this very often (once every 2 years), and the process can be a little confusing, but GlobalSign provide assistance if required, which then makes it quick and easy
This month, I had to renew my SSL certificate. A representative (Chris Page) got in touch to let me know it was due for renovation, answered all my questions and led me through the entire purchase and installation process. I can’t blame his support for the post-sales.

If you never need to talk with Support or Vetting they will provide certificates after weeks of waiting. If you need to communicate with them either email or phone then forget it.

The guy in our department who usually does certificates is away so a bit of a panic, trying to get in touch to renew the certificate. Telephone support left me on hold for a long time and also hung up on me twice. However, once I found out who my account manager was and got in touch with them, Chris was brilliant. He talked me through what I needed to do and provided all the support I needed to be up and running within an hour.
This is my first time of purchasing my SSL certificate and service and information provided by GlobalSign was absolutely the best and very easy. Keep up the great work. 5 stars.

I had several issues with my EV code signing certificate that i could not solve, but the support team are really helpful and super fast at helping you troubleshoot what is wrong. I can only recommend this service.
When order the SSL certificate our account manager made it as easy as possible and made sure that we were taken through the vetting stage and process with ease. Very impress with the service and look forward to the next purchase if it is going to be as easy as this one.
It just took a couple of days to get our EV certificate. There was some misunderstanding about the generic email that says they’re going to give you a token, but they’re not giving you one if they’ve already sent you one in the past. Overall, it was an indolent experience. But the real focus of my analysis is their support for technology. I was operating at 7 p.m. Pacific time. And they had a window of a representative chat. I was shocked that it was working. It was supposed to wait up to 10 minutes, but Kam was there to help me in just two. He was talking me through the process. I pointed out some of my mistakes. And he put my hand together, it all worked. It was so much easier to do it that way. Since I will skip one step and instantly struggle to take the next step and point to the next solution. That’s a lot better than sending an email and waiting 16 hours for a reply. But not all of it was great support. I think some of their tutorials on how to use the Code Signing Certificates should do some research. Like how about a guide to signing the C # app (only Java Guides and Windows XP Signing Guides). They’re just saying that you know how to do it on Windows 10 for normal Windows applications. The Java version was similar, but the response was right, but it did not discuss what would happen if you had this or that common error. For example, I had a password error (using the wrong one-my fault) but the error was something like “load failure.” Kam understood what that meant, but the web page did not provide any support with what that meant. Of course, it was my mistake to type a wrong password in the first place, but a better web page will tackle the fact that a password error created an obsure error. Same with the fact that I wanted “as an administrator” to run CMD. If you get “can’t build signed jar file” error, you need to run it as an admin. It would have been good if it had been on the web page. I found it out quickly on my own, but there’d be a prefect page. I have had some hit and miss tech support as I used email tech support. I would like to ask a very thorough question, relating to a particular web page, and specifically where the directions on that page have failed. Then they would send me an email back with a generic reply telling me to go to the same page I mentioned. It went that way a couple of times, and then I got a comment from someone else who was really helpful on the third, and that guy really seemed to read the whole thread and told me everything I needed to learn and more. So I think email was a bit of a hit and a miss.
When we order SSL from GS, sometimes the vetting processes are so fast but sometimes so delay to process. Especially for organization validation. So, please consider it.
I was having some difficulty with understanding the type of certificate required but the GlobalSign team have been incredibly helpful. They have explained the certificate types and walked me through the ordering process, even providing me with direct email and phone numbers in case I need any assistance! Very impressed at the level of customer service and grateful for the help!

It’s multi-hour, multi-day catastrophe any time I need to renew a certificate which should take minutes. I get another unsatisfactory reply every time I contact help. As if you’re just wondering what the problem / solution is, and each person makes a different guess, and it never looks like what they’re saying. The agent sent me a 44 page PDF as a answer to my query with this latest issue, and then after I was forced to scan and read through the document, I had to explain back to the agent that he was telling me the wrong thing according to the document he sent me to justify what he said. Only unreal and very distracting.

Nothing wrong with the certs, but their DNS-based verification system is buggy; you can set up your TXT and CAA records correctly, and their tool may still have difficulty verifying, with no explanation for why. I got the runaround from them and their SSL2Buy provider, and was told about the inability to check for specific and seemingly incorrect reasons. Customer service does not appear to be very tech-savvy, and far from engineering. They do have a manual screening process that got my cert released, but they didn’t want to pursue the real cause of the problem. 5 stars for the cert, 3 for the medium documentation, 1 for the customer service = 3 star overall ranking.
I was walked through the ordering process knowing nothing about ssl certificates, found the right solution and then taken through the ordering process. The support I got afterwards was excellent and competent, while they were dealing with an idiot quite clearly! Leading points

They helped me when I didn’t have an order Id and allowed me to get an SSL certificate verified by using older cancelled order Id’s without being prompted. Very impressed by the inititive.

We had a few problems with purchasing this a CC, but we finally managed it by creating an account. Chris was extremely helpful & patient with us.
Support was good. Found out the issue which was you can’t download the cert if the token doesn’t have a password on it.
I got a very good support from Mr Gaurav, right from suggesting correct TLS certificate and to getting it Implemented at our end. It was a big challenge to secure our TLS gateway.

Confronted with the need to change the signing provider very quickly the ordering process was simple. I was having trouble implementing the new program as it was foreign to me. I have ordered only a few security certificates through GlobalSign but they’re always very helpful. Called tech support today and was on hold for less than two minutes and the support agent was able to quickly solve all my problems.
I reached out to Tech Support via phone and was speaking with someone within a minute or two. They took the time to hear me out and came back with answers to all my questions in good detail.
Is incredible that the order was invisible to you vetting area, and for that reason the issue of certificate is to slow, is almost one month and the certificate was not issued.
